Jax Country Café Bistro & Steakhouse is a restaurant located along the Cheshire Sandstone Trail with close links to Cholmondley, Chester, Nantwich, Whitchurch and Wrexham. Our elegant Bistro Restaurant has log fires and stunning views of the Bickerton hills. Our restaurants emphasis is on quality local Cheshire produce prepared well, and served in a relaxed and elegant atmosphere. We breed and rear our own free range chickens, quails, ducks and poussin, all of which can be found on our restaurants menu, as well as in our farm shop, and our meats are slow roasted in a traditional country aga. When you arrive at our Cheshire restaurant, whether early or late, the table is yours for as long as you choose to stay, and we will make sure your glass never runs dry of our high quality wines or local real ales.
